Top-10 Google Chrome addons for SALESFORCE
I love Salesforce .. have I mentioned that before? Well, it's a big part of my life and this post is dedicated to all of the people who spend their days on SF keyboards and their nights on DreamForce's videos!
Top-10 of best Google chrome addons for Salesforce [MY personal/humble opinion]:
1. Advanced Formula Editor - Enhances the formula editor textareas to have syntax highlighting, tabbing, parenthesis matching, and find and replace. Was recommended on Dreamforces 13-14.
2. Force.com Logins - This extension manages your salesforce.com login information and lets you quickly login.
3. SalesForce Navigator - This extension helps you get to any salesforce page quickly. Just type in what you need to do.
4. SalesForce Admin Checkall - Salesforce Admin Check All is an extension that enhances the Salesforce Setup pages by adding "check all" checkboxes to various checkbox lists.
5. Profile Comparator for Salesforce - Compare Salesforce user profiles and see all differences in just four clicks.
6. Unofficial Workbench tool - This is the unofficial version of the Salesforce Workbench for Google Chrome.
7. Sales Search - Easy to use search tool for sales reps looking to streamline their constant searching and sourcing. Available search options include: SalesForce, MyStats, LinkedIn, Google, Gmail, Hoovers, Facebook,Google+,Twitter
8. Brisk.io Salesforce Sidebar - The Brisk.io Chrome sidebar is a beautiful, clutter-free way to work with your customer records without opening Salesforce.com. Brisk gives you the most relevant information at the right time and helps you not forget your leads and opportunities.
9. Salesforce Id Paster - If you often migrate record of data into and out of the Salesforce database, then you know that sometimes you need to copy a Salesforce ID from an external program like Excel, and paste it directly onto the end of a Salesforce URL in the Chrome omnibox, in order to visit that IDs web page
10. Sandbox Favicon - Superimposes an "S" on the standard Salesforce.com cloud favicon for all sandbox tabs in a Chrome window.UPDATE: also adds a prefix to the Salesforce.com tab, e.g.: (na13) Account: ABC Textiles
Disclosure: NONE ... nobody paid me for this ;-) It's a small payback to this GREAT salesforce community. All these addons, I think they worth it BUT most of all, they have lots of positive reviews [over 4 out of 5]
