It's just amazing that thing about the numbers. Especially in technology they grow SO fast. From one to 16 cores in one CPU it's been only a decade. Still here we are today to watch AMD, announce it's new Opteron 6200 family processors. AMD managed to fit 16 different cores in one an only single chip. Already companies like Acer, Dell, Cray [i cant believe that still exists!], HP are ready to adopt them in the next 2 months. The performance of the new super chip will be 83% higher than it's predecessors.
